Join Creative Human Rights Practice (CHRP) together with the Bank Austria Kunstforum Wien in their attempt to repurpose the role of art institutions as dialogical and participatory spaces. Creative Human Rights guides you through workshops, delving into contemporary ethics and issues through the artworks on display. By viewing the artworks as social objects, the visitor is guided to uncover and reflect upon complex socio-political contexts, not only of the artist and their time but also of today. Through Creative Human Rights workshops, the audience is transformed into active spectators. Both for schools and adults, individuals and groups.

Art by Paul Gauguin is well-known, so are many stories of his life – leading to many potential contemplations and conversations. Creative Human Rights invites you to a participatory workshop where you will immerse and reflect on chosen works by Gauguin through your personal, contemporary lens. In the process, you will learn to reflect on human rights in unusual terms such as accessibility, experience in daily life, empathy, etc.
