Barrier-Free Entrys

Kunstforum Wien can be entered via two barrier-free entrances.

The access to the main entrance is barrier-free via a ramp.

Barrier-free access via "tiefen Graben" using an electric ramp is possible by prior arrangemennt.

Main Entrance

Access to the main entrance is barrier-free via a ramp.

The main exhibition hall can be reached from the main entrance via the foyer at the ground floor.

Ticket Office

The ticket office is accessible barrier-free on the ground floor. 

Wardrobe

The wardrobe is accessible barrier-free on the ground floor. The use of the wardrobe is free of charge.

Shop

The museum shop can be reached barrier-free on the ground floor.

Exhibitionroom tresor and Atelier Lower Floor

To access the tresor exhibition room and the Atelier on the lower floor, please contact the staff.

Barrier-Free Restrooms

To use the barrier-free restrooms on the lower floor, please contact our staff.

Please note that the toilets in the main exhibition hall on the ground floor and in the Atelier on the lower floor are not barrier-free.

Wheelchairs/Portable Museum Stools

A wheelchair can be borrowed from the wardrobe.

Portable museum stools can be taken in the foyer.

Attendants

Attendants of wheelchair users have free admission (excluding those using a wheelchair borrowed on-site)

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are allowed with a training of proof.
